Do I need to register to use this service?
Yes, in order to purchase a lesson package and book lessons you would need to register an account. Click here to register an account.
Can I book a lesson without a lesson package?
No, a lesson package / single lesson package is required. <href="../user/purchase-subscription">Click here to purchase a lesson package
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept credit card payment and EFT payments. If you are paying by credit card your lessons will become available for use immediately! If however you opt to pay via EFT it may take up to 3 working days for your lessons to be activated.
How do I make a booking?
Making a booking is as simple as
- Logging into the Gary Player Golf Experience website.
- Clicking on the "book now" button.
- Select the lesson plan you wish to utilise for the booking as well as your preferred coach.
- The system will then present you with a day slot view from where you may select your desired date and time.
- Once you are satisfied with your selection, don’t forget to click the "Create" button to place and confirm your booking.
Why are there no lesson packages listed in the lesson package drop down field when I try to make a booking?
If there are no lesson packages listed in the drop down menu on the booking page, it means that you have not yet purchased a lesson package. In order to make a lesson booking you would need to purchase a lesson package. <href="../user/purchase-subscription">Click here to purchase a lesson package
Can I cancel my lesson booking?
Yes you may cancel a booked lesson, provided that it is not within the next 12 hours, in the following ways:
- Log on as a user as described above and follow the prompts to cancel your lesson.
- Call our friendly hospitality desk on 011 545 8618.
Unfortunately an e-mail cannot be accepted as a lesson cancellation, so please help us by following the guidelines above.
